Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

Booking & Enrollment Forms

When you register for a workshop or course, we collect the information necessary for academic and administrative management: adult’s name, student’s name and age (for children’s workshops), email address, and contact phone number.

Shop and Payments (WooCommerce & Stripe)

To process your purchases, we use the Stripe payment gateway. During the checkout process, Stripe will collect your credit/debit card information.

  • Security: Zarapita.ie does not store or have access to your full bank card details. All transactions are handled securely and encrypted through Stripe’s servers.
  • We only retain order details (the course purchased, name, and billing address) for accounting purposes and to manage your access to the workshop.

3. Use of Images (Photography in Workshops)

At Zarapita.ie, we love to showcase the creative journey of our students. We occasionally take photographs during workshops to share on our website and social media.

  • Child Protection: We always request prior consent from parents or guardians.
  • Privacy First: Our priority is to protect the identity of our students. We strive to take photos that focus on the creative process, hands, and the final artwork, rather than showing students’ faces.
  • You may withdraw your consent for the use of images at any time by contacting us at info@zarapita.ie.
