Zarapita – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Zarapita is an independent studio. Class sizes are limited and materials are prepared in advance. The following policy applies to all bookings.

Workshops & Creative Classes (Children & Adults)

• More than 3 days’ notice: Full refund.

• 2–3 days’ notice: 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund.

• No-shows: No refund.

Multi-Week Courses

• Once a course has started, fees are non-refundable.

• If cancelled before the course begins, a full refund will be issued minus a €20 administration/materials fee.

• Missed classes are non-refundable. However, if there is availability in another suitable session, participants may attend on an alternative day to make up the missed class. This is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Private Parties & Group Bookings

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.

• Cancellations made:

  • 14+ days in advance: Refund minus deposit.

  • 7–13 days in advance: 50% refund (excluding deposit).

  • Less than 7 days: No refund.

Studio Cancellations

If Zarapita cancels a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Gift Vouchers

• Valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated.

• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
