Bookings
All classes, camps, and workshops must be booked in advance through the Zarapita booking system or by direct confirmation with the studio. A booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments
Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in euros (€) and may be updated from time to time.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date may receive a refund or transfer to another available session.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are generally non-refundable unless the place can be filled.
- Zarapita reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class, workshop, or camp if necessary. In this case, participants will be offered a refund or alternative date.
Missed Classes
Unfortunately, missed classes cannot usually be refunded. In some cases, a transfer to another available session may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
Participation
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the guidance of the instructor. Zarapita reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive to the group.
Children’s Classes
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children are collected on time at the end of the session.
Health & Safety
All reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe and supportive environment. By participating in Zarapita activities, participants acknowledge that art and workshop activities may involve the use of tools and materials under supervision.
Photography
Occasionally photographs of classes or activities may be taken for promotional purposes (website or social media). If you prefer that you or your child are not photographed, please inform us in advance.
