Art Classes at Zarapita

At Zarapita, our art classes are designed to nurture creativity, confidence, and self-expression at every stage. Small group sessions ensure personal guidance in a relaxed, inspiring studio environment.

Our classes

Arts & Crafts (Ages 5–6)

A playful introduction to art through painting, collage, printing, and mixed media. Children develop fine motor skills, imagination, and confidence while having fun creating.
Thursdays - 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Paint & Creative Drawing (Ages 7+)

This class builds strong foundations in drawing and painting while encouraging personal style. Students explore colour, composition, and different techniques in a supportive, creative setting.
Tuesday - 3:30pm – 5:00pm

Art Classes (Ages 10+)

A more advanced class focused on developing artistic skills and visual thinking. Students work with a wide range of materials and techniques, building portfolios and confidence.
Tuesdays - 5:15pm – 6:45pm Thursdays - 4:45pm – 6:15pm

Build & Sculpt (Ages 8+)

A hands-on class exploring 3D creativity through sculpture, construction, and design. Students work with clay, recycled materials, and mixed media to bring ideas to life.
Thursdays - 6:30pm – 7:45pm

Young Adults & Teens Art Classes at Zarapita

Our teen classes provide a creative space to develop artistic skills, confidence, and personal expression. Students are encouraged to experiment, refine techniques, and build their own visual voice in a supportive studio environment.

Young Adults & Teens Art Class (Ages 13+)

A dynamic class focused on developing drawing, painting, and mixed media skills while encouraging creative independence. Ideal for students who want to grow artistically, build portfolios, or simply enjoy making art in a relaxed, inspiring environment.
Mondays - 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Adult Art Classes at Zarapita

Our adult classes offer a relaxed and supportive studio environment where creativity can flourish. Whether you are a beginner or returning to art, each class is designed to develop skills, confidence, and personal artistic style.

Adult Mixed Techniques (All Levels)

A guided studio-based class where each student works on their own artwork at their own pace. Explore a wide range of techniques including drawing, painting, printmaking, and mixed media, with individual support and guidance from the teacher.
Tuesdays - 10:00am – 12:00pm

Still Life Oil Painting

A focused painting class dedicated to classical still life in oils. Students develop strong observational skills, composition, and colour mixing while working from arranged still life setups in the studio.
